Booking Process: email, text us or give us a call. When we have confirmed the details and our availability, you will receive an email with your invoice and a few questions we need answered to complete your booking. We require a $25 deposit (per character) non refundable Big packages are $50-$100 deposits to reserve the date and time of your party which can be paid for via Cash or Zelle. (credit card we can do paypal with a 4% fee) Once we receive your email back and deposit you will be officially booked Your party balance will be due upon arrival. Party can not begin without payment. Additional fees apply on select holiday dates.
For greatest availability, please book parties at least four weeks in advance of event.
Please note that the mascot characters do not talk but are accompanied by a character attendant.
